An immune boosting drink with protective and healing properties.
1 table spoon fresh crushed ginger
1 table spoon tulsi (holy basil) tea leaves
1 tea spoon turmeric (fresh crushed or pure powder)
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
A pinch of black pepper powder
Boil water 1.5 cup water with all above ingredients
Simmer for 8-10 mins
Strain the mixture
Add 2 tea spoon honey
Add 1-2 tea spoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
All ingredients have powerful antioxidants and anti inflammatory properties that help fight infections and boost immunity.
Drink 2-3 times a day and shoo the cough and cold away!
